LL.B. is a degree in Law, while ICSI is a certification from the Institute of Company Secretaries to carry on a job as Company Secretary in teh corporate world.
After doing LL.B.,you can get enrolled with the Bar Council , and working under a senior advocate, you can carry on as a legal practition
