The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) carries out the recruitment of the Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) and Apprentice Development Officer (ADO) every year. The LIC AAO is very different from LIC ADO post. The LIC ADO works under the Divisional Officers and help in building the business through the recruitment of LIC agents under them. On the other hand, the LIC AAO is responsible for formulating new schemes and the checking existing policies. LIC AAO also manages and files Claims and Settlements of the customers.
