I believe that SRM is at a different location and LPU is at a different location. I cannot really compare both the universities together rather I can tell you some things about LPU that might not be there in other institutions out there If I mention it in one line, it would be like LPU provides holistic development to its students with international exposure, practical industry-oriented approach in a considerable fee with tons of scholarship opportunities for meritorious students and they do it to transform education.

LPU has the single the largest campus of 600+ acres with high-tech architecture. And Recently LPU achieved a great milestone by becoming one of the three Indian universities to secure a place in the Top 200 in the World in Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2021. It has been ranked at the 2nd the highest position among all the Indian universities in its debut year itself. Its very a huge achievement for the LPU family that the university has been ranked ahead of universities like IIT (Indore, Rourkela, Guwahati, Gandhinagar), NIT (Silchar, Tiruchirappalli), Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), and several others.

Faculty is very friendly and considerate. Apart from helping the student academically, the highly-experienced faculty works towards the all-round development of the student at LPU. We got to know that the students at LPU get a chance to work in Fortune 500 Companies. They get a chance to work with Google, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, and many other international companies. LPU has also recorded the highest number of placements in the past years with more and more students getting the chance to work in the top companies of the world. Infrastructure: Another great thing we got to know about LPU.
