ME and M Tech are indian post graduation in engineering/technology. MS is Master of Science in some foreign countries for science/engineering streams While M Sc can be Indian or foreign Master of Science courses. ME/MTech are of 2 years duration in India. and so is M Sc in India. Duration of MS d

ME or Mtech can be done after enginerring degree , in Mtech you have some part of reserach , if you do same in UK or USA then it is MS , MS is also a medical degree in india , and if any body ahve no engineering degree then after MSC he can do Mtech degree

Dear, In all cases M stand for "MASTERS" so all M followed by TEC, SC etc so are masters degree in so said streams. one can do ME, Mtec, ms, Msc in any common subject, eg chemistry. But only ME and Mtec can call them self as Engineers having post graduation degree in chemical Engineering. Genera
