What is the difference between M.Sc food science and technology and M.Sc food technology and quality assurance?

Hi,
The difference between both these courses is paper-thin. If you did M.Sc in food Science technology then you will get the work that is research-oriented. On the contrary, if you did M.Sc. In food tech and quality assurance then (as its name suggest) you will get a job which has a supervisor type
