    B.Tech is a graduation degree and M.Tech is a Master's course.

    M.Tech is a higher level of study. While for B.Tech, you need to complete class 12th boards. You can opt for M.Tech after completing B.Tech. M.Tech is recommended for those who want in-depth knowledge of engineering.
