The difference between M. Sc and M Tech is same as the difference between B.Sc and B Tech M. Sc is a master course, which is next form of B.Sc. firstly,I abberivate them M.tech : master of technical education and M.sc: master of science now, difference is m.tech will offers specialization courses in technology fiels all are related to engineering and M.sc will all offers in all scientofoc branches for engineering and science. m.tech pref
