MAH CET score is the total marks awarded to the candidate out of 200. It is calculated on the basis of every correct attempt across all sections of the exam. MAH CET percentile is calculated from the rank of the candidate as compared to rest of the candidates.

Marks is your individual score I.e how much wrong or right you have answered whereas your percentile is your rank among other aspirants. 99 percentile mean you are among the top 1 % of aspirants in the MH CET exam.
