What is the difference between Master's course & PGDM?

Hi,
MBA is a post grad degree whereas PGDM is a diploma. MBA are hence regulated by UGC where the syllabus may change after years whereas PGDM are industry driven. Anything that is required by the industries is updated immediately by the institutes.
IIMs provide PGDM and not MBA and the placements
