The corporate law also called as company law deals with the practice or the study of how shareholders, directors, employee, creditors and other stakeholders etc. Interact with one and other. You can do LL. M. 1 year programme which useful in research institutes, thinktanks and NGOs working on policy issues as well. Considering that a large number of law schools in India now pay quite well, this is significant.
