What is the difference between MBA and MBA + PGDM programme?

MBA degree can be awarded by a B-school affiliated to a university. PGDM degree is awarded by a private autonomous B-school and they follow their own syllabus. PGDM syllabus is flexible and more aligned to industry.
Sometime B-schools follow both university and their own syllabus simultaneously. S
