Both PGDM and MBA are similar degrees. MBA degree is awarded by an university or an institute affiliated to an university. Autonomous BSchools award PGDM. PGDM approved by AIU is treated equivalent to MBA for job and higher studies. Do not go by name of degree but by name, reputation & records of in
