Hello Ashish, MBA and PGDM both are same but the only difference is that in MBA you will get a degree of MBA and in PGDM you will get the diploma of MBA. All the best

Shams@ PGDM is a Diploma course while MBA is masters. Both are good in terms of recognition, it however depends from which institute you are studying the course.
