Hi, The basic difference between MBA and PGDM are: MBA is a degree whereas PGDM is a diploma. MBA are awarded by universities, whereas PGDM are awarded by institutes offering management course. MBA students can pursue Phd, whereas PGDM student can't pursue Phd as it is a diploma, and to pursue Phd
