What is the difference between MBA and PGDM?

Hi, The main difference between PGDM and MBA is that MBA is a degree, which is provided by a college and affiliated from a deemed university. Whereas, PGDM is a Diploma offered by the college and doesn't require any recognition from any university. Even, IIMs or XLRI's doesn't offer MBA degrees.
