MBA or PGDM, both are almost same. There is no big change in course curriculum. It is just that PGDM is given by autonomous MBA colleges and MBA is given by university. Rest future scope, average packages, jobs, exposure etc is same in both cases. You can go for either PGDM or MBA.

MBA is a 2 years post graduate course, whereas PGDBM (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management) is a 1 year Diploma course. You must go for MBA, so that you can specialized in many fields (Marketing, finance, etc.). There are many best management institutes that provide MBA degree.

    Hello
PGDM is given by a college affiliated to the AICTE whereas an MBA is given only by an independent University. Both are considered as equivalent in India; what matters more is from where are you pursuing it. For example, a PGDM from a top-ranked B-school is any day more valuable than an MBA from an average university, and vice-versa. Ideally, one should try to go for an MBA due to its more global recognition.
