MBA is a degree course and PGDM is a post graduate diploma. Many universities offer only PGDM, but MBA degree has more value. Previously, IIMs also used to offer PGDM, but now as per trend they are also offering MBA degree. Although PGDM and MBA are equivalent, but MBA has more value.
