Dear, MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a Post Graduate Degree course, PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) is a Post Graduate Diploma course. The main difference as I have stated, one is degree (From a University) another is a Diploma Hope it was of help, Arun Dev
