Hi, MBA stands for Master of business administration and PGDM stands for Post-graduation Diploma in management. MBA duration is 2 years and PGDM duration is 1 year. Hello, In MBA distance, one need not go to college every day to attend lectures. Whereas in a full-time PGDM, one has to attend lectures every day in college.
