    IB is International Business and HRD is Human Resource and Development. Both are different according to specialisation. Choosing which one to go for totally depends upon your field of interest. MBA degree is more valuable compared to M.Com. So, I will suggest you to go for MBA.

    MBA IB relates to International Business, while MBA HRD is related to human resources. Both are different profiles. MBA-IB equips the students with the sufficient knowledge and training for the all needed basic knowledge of International Business. It is a degree designed to develop the resources and capability of managers in the global economy. The Human Resource Management specialisation in MBA allows the students to develop the general management skills and the learning and understanding of human resource practices.
