    Dear Raman Kumar,
MBA in agriculture is related to agri-products and management activities. Rural management refers to the focus on the rural market rather metro cities because in India 80 percent population resides in the rural area.
    All the best.

Their is no difference as such as the rural development generally deals with the primary occupation and rural management deals with tapping the untapped.
