    Dear Lalthleng generally coming hospital management concern that leads to managerial operations which dealt by managers. Coming to Administration. Deals with functional activities, arbitration, liasoning, statutory laws implementation, at the ground level of the organisation. Hence there is no much difference between the courses. Check the openings in the industry.accordingly take the decision.all the best.

    The general difference between healthcare administration and healthcare management is that management runs the healthcare organization and administration handles the staffing. But, within those two general areas are several sub-areas of concern that require years of intense education and experience to get right. Management is a better option to go for.
