What is the difference between MBA in HR and PGDiploma in HR? Which one has more value?

what is the difference between post graduate diploma in HR and MBA in HR......which is having more value......as i m in middle east n i ll be doing job outside india n everyone asks for MBA in hr here.....should i go for mba or pg diploma.......is more value attached to the word MBA......kindly help

well robin, MBA and PGDM are equivalent for as far as doing a HR..even IIM's provides you with PGDM so it hardly matters and its globally excepted there are various colleges in our country which are know for its HR course like IIM'S , XLRI, FMS, IILM ,christ bangalore SP JAIN etc.
