Dear shakeel ahmad. PGDM is a diploma programme suitable and knitted according to the industry suitability by many business schools. MMS is Master of Management studies more designed to more research oriented. MBA as you know full masters degree. fundamental concept are same for all of them except a

Dear shakeel see the job market. locally and nationally and internationally. if you feel that MMS is most suitable do it. if not opt MBA. which internationally acquired degree.
