    Dear Rohit Pathak,
MCA stands for Master of Computer Application and PGDCA stands for Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Applications. MCA is a 3-year programme and PGDCA normally is a 1 to 1 and a half year programme. I hope I have cleared your doubts. All the best.

MCA is a 3-year course after graduation while PGDCA is a 1-year course after graduation. Some universities have an option that students can take direct admission in the 2nd-year of MCA after completing university PGDCA.
