What is the difference between MIT college of engineering and MIT world peace university?

Now the batch which is in the second year it's in Pune University(SPPU), so the exam and all will be decided by SPPU. But now from this year onward, the batch will come for first will have a separate university which is MIT World Peace University which means exam and all will be conducted by the college itself like autonomous.
