A Master of Science or MS is a postgraduate degree that offers advanced studies in a particular area of Science. On the other hand, an MBA degree is a professional post-graduate degree that teaches students technical, managerial, and leadership skills.

Dear aspirant, Masters in Management target recent graduates with little to no professional experience. MIM candidates are generally fresh graduates or have less than a year of work experience. MS Management programmes are designed for freshers and any graduate can directly apply into such programs without work experience. MBA, on the other hand, is suitable for graduates having extensive work experience.
