Dear aspirant, Masters in Management target recent graduates with little to no professional experience. MIM candidates are generally fresh graduates or have less than a year of work experience. So, MIM students are generally younger than their MBA counterparts with an average age of just 23 years. Moreover, universities and colleges offering MIM courses do not require students to have a business-related under undergraduate degree. Comparatively, MBA courses are designed for professionals from 27 to 32 years of age. The average age is higher as MBA candidates are generally required to have around four to five years of work experience wo

A Master of Science or MS is a postgraduate degree that offers advanced studies in a particular area of Science. On the other hand, an MBA degree is a professional post-graduate degree that teaches students technical, managerial, and leadership skills.

MBA applicants must have work experience, must have GMAT or GRE scores and also TOEFL or IELTS scores. Apart from these, you must submit MBA essays, LORs, academic transcripts etc. Which are required during the application process? Applications are submitted online through the online portal of the universities. You must check the websites and department page for details and requirements and most importantly the deadlines. Hope this helps.

    Hi Devansh,
MS Management programmes are designed for freshers and any graduate can directly apply into such programs without work experience. MBA, on the other hand, is suitable for graduates having extensive work experience.
