What is the difference between MSc in computer science and masters of computer science in new Zealand ?
I have done be from Mumbai university in Information technology department with aggregate of 80%. Which course will be more suitable for me ?

There is no difference, it is the notation. Most universities will offer a Master of Science ( Computer Science) which is research oriented. Hope it helps.
