what is the difference between networking and infrastructure?

Networking means maintain/manage the network while Infrastructure support is to monitor critical servers/applications, identify and resolve the root cause of a problem and prevention of incidents. In networking you will deal with routers firewall etc.. let me know if you need more detals..
