What is the difference between only PGDM & PGDM(IT & Marketing)? I have been offered PGDM(IT & Marketing) in Bimm.

There is no difference at all. The courses are entirely the same. This was done to divide the marketing batch into two. Go for it. It shall be a great choice for you.
