Along with the personal and academic details, candidates need to upload documents such as scanned photographs and signatures. Candidates need to fill in details such as their Aadhaar Number, e-mail ID, mobile phone number, category, etc. in Form-A of the OUAT entrance exam. Once admit card for the OUAT entrance exam is generated, candidates need to fill Form-B for OUAT admissions. For this, candidates need to click on a link stating “Submission of Online Application Form-B for Admission in OUAT Admissions”.
