  • Allied Health Sciences = Broader professional healthcare fields beyond doctors & nurses

Paramedical Courses primarily train individuals to provide emergency, pre-hospital medical services and technical support in hospitals. They are often Diploma or certificate courses.

Examples are -

  • Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs)
  • OT technicians
