What is the difference between part-time, online and distance MBA? I want to do MBA in tourism and travel management from distance?

I heard about IGNOU and SMU for distance, are both the best rating wise? Is there any other distance/open college, please suggest and guide as IGNOU's last date is 15th July 2018 for registration and fees?
