The difference between PGDBA and MBA is that PGDBA is a diploma course and MBA is a degree course. Today both are given equal importance but some companies or PSU give importance to the degree rather than a Diploma. No need to worry if you are getting a good college in any course. MBA s better but if you take admission in IIM or premier business schools they may give you PGDM or PGDBA, so do not drop that chance then. PGDBA from premier institutes has high value that MBA from normal institutes.
