    The one is Diploma and another one is degree, in India both are equivalent. Abroad, MBA is superior degree.

    MMS/MBA-
    MBA or MMS are Master's degree provided by Government Universities and their Affiliated institutes.
    Some Institutes providing MBA/MMS are (FMS) Faculty of Management Studies- Delhi University, PUMBA - Savitribai Phule Pune University, Jamnalal Baja Institute of Management studies (JBIMS) - Mumbai University.
    Affiliated universities JBIMS and PUNE have been granted Autonomous status by the University by which they get to customize the Curriculum and Fees.
    Exams are conducted by University.
    Cons-
    Syllabus is set by the University, and hence not very updated, changes are done every 3-5 years.
    More Theoretical approach in teaching.
