Hello Milind, MMS is a degree provided by a University and is recognised globally. Course duration is 2 years. PGDM is a smaller version of MMS. Course duration is 1 year. It is provided by an Institute and is NOT globally recognised. MMS is always preferred over PGDM. But people gets attracted to
