What is the difference between PGDM and MBA? Can I get a job after pursuing PGDM in Canada?

MBA is more of an American concept and the program requires the students to have more work experience. MBA courses in US have classes where students have average work experience of 5 years. PGDM is what Indian students are more familiar with. You can start a PGD with or without any work experience.
