What is the difference between PGDM and MBA in sports management? What kind of jobs will be offered in this steam?
Currently, I am pursuing BA (H) in economics but after this, I am planning to go into sports management as I am very passionate about sports like cricket, badminton, etc.

See, during placements and in practice, there is not so much difference, PGDM is autonomous, need AICTE affiliation for every academic year, the cost is higher (it is autonomous).
MBA is UGC recognised university programme, less costly. PIBM is decent but you need to do some research by yourself to

Dear Sahitya,
In terms of curriculum, while an MBA/MS is a post-graduate degree, a PGDM is a Diploma. What this means is that only a university can award a degree (MBA/MS) and not any other institutions. Top B-Schools in India like IIMs, SP Jain, etc., offer a PGDM and not MBA because they are not

The fee structure of RIIM Pune is 5.90 lac for two years. Apart from that, you have to pay 70 thousand for the hostel fee/per year. In which they are providing PGDM degree+500 hrs. Employability training, two national tours for a week,8 plus certifications,10 plus industrial visits, and many more he

PGDM is offered by an autonomous College (E. g. IIMS) and MBA is offered by a University.
