What is the difference between PGDM and MBA? Is 1-year PGDM course good after graduation?

The only difference between PGDM and MBA is only universities offer courses like MBA, BBA etc. While PGDM is offered by autonomous bod and run independently. Any educational institution which is not affiliated to university cant offer a degree.
