What is the difference between PGDM and MBA??????

Its the difference between a Post Graduate Diploma and a Masters degree. Though PGDM is considered equivalent to MBA, aspirants for higher studies like research programmes must prefer MBA . For jobs related queries, it seems that PGDM is a also considered
