MBA and PGDM are both management courses yet the only difference is the approach to its curriculum. MBA give more focus to the syllabus framed by the university and no change is bought in for years. Please note that MBA is a post graduate degree and is offered by universities, whereas PGDM is post graduate diploma and is offered by AICTE approved institutes.
Both these course have almost the same course curriculum, and is equally accepted by corporates for job so you may pursue any of the

MBA is a degree whereas PGDM is a diploma in management education. They both are same the only difference is degree and diploma. You can do MBA in IT specialization and you can take up managerial jobs in future.
