MBA is offered by 'universities' or 'colleges that are affiliated to universities' or central body directly under the Indian Govt. while PGDM is offered by individual colleges and IIM's.

There is a slight difference in syllabus. But, it should not bother you. What important is from which college are you pursuing the course. You should concentrate on colleges rather than course.

Hi Paresh,
MBA is a post graduate degree, whereas PGDM is a Diploma. MBA are hence regulated by UGC where the syllabus may change after years, whereas PGDM are industry driven. Anything that is required by the industries is updated immediately by the institutes.
