    Hello Deepak, PGDM stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Management. PGDM is basically a Diploma course that is offered by institutes which are recognised by AICTE. When it comes to autonomous institute is not necessary for them to follow the university guidelines so they change their curriculum according to the industry standards in order to prepare a student for the senior level position in the company. MBA stands for Master of Business Management. This degree is offered by the colleges that are affiliated to the universities, so that means MBA programs can only be offered by universities.
