What is the difference between PGDM and MBA? Which are the best colleges/ universities to pursue MBA and PGDM?

PGDM is offered my colleges approved by AICTE. It is equivalent to MBA. Whereas MBA can only be offered by a UGC recognised university. It does not make a difference whether you go for PGDM or MBA. IIMs offer PGPM but it has a lot of value.
