What is the difference between PGDM and MBA? Which one to opt?

Hi, Please note that MBA is a post graduate degree and is offered by universities, whereas PGDM is post graduate diploma and is offered by AICTE approved autonomous institutes. Both these course have almost the same course curriculum and is equally accepted by corporates for job so you may pursue

Both the courses have equal values. MBA is a degree course provided by institutes affiliated to any universities and PGDM is a autonomous diploma course provided by institutes and this program is approved by AICTE. Some good managemnt colleges are- XLRI, ICFAI, WLCI, MDI, IMT.

Institutions like IIM offer PGDM because they are not affiliated to any universities and private institutes like IIPm delhi offer PGDM. so its not a big defference between mba degree and PGDm.
