What is the difference between PGDM and MBA? Why is PGDM preferred over MBA?

MBA is a university specified degree where as PGDM is a college specified degree i.e. MBA curriculum is designed by the University and it will be passed to all the colleges affiliated to it and exams too will be conducted by the University itself while on the other hand PGDM curriculum is designed b
