Most PGPM courses of duration less than 2 year will require you to have a minimum full-time work experience of 2-5 years. (SP Jain:5 years). Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a diploma degree issued by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) recognized institutions, equivalent to a 2-year MBA.
