    Hello Yogendra,
    Sorry for the delay in reply. Difference between PGDM and MBA is that MBA is only offered to colleges which is affiliated with an university such as Pune University, Symbiosis University, etc. Where as PGDM is offered to autonomous colleges like all the IIMs, FMS, etc. And few colleges are directly affiliated to AICTE.
    PGDM has an advantage that the college can have their own course content. Like at MITSOB students are provided with subject basket from which they can choose their own subjects.

    PGDM Degree is awarded by colleges approved by AICTE and MBA is awarded by a university approved by UGC. It will be better to go for a reputed college offering an Mba degree rather than PGDM degree

    Both degrees are same. It is a nomenclature difference. Course content are similar. MBA degree can be awarded by a university only. Institutes which are not affiliated to an university award PGDM degree.
