Masters of Hospital Administration and MBA in Hospital Management are one and same course with same course material. They focus on hospital and hospital industry. You can work in various fields allied to hospital, I have written about it in detail in Gaurav Sharma's answer to What exactly is the nature of work of a person who completes the course of health management after doing MBBS. The graduates work in hospitals, IT firms, Analyst firms etc. MBA in Healthcare Management is a different course.
