What is the difference between PGDM & MBA and which one has a better future?

what is the difference between PGDM and MBA. which one is better for future placement wise as well as career wise?please also suggest me the demanding coyrses as well.

PGDM is post graduate DIPLOMA in mgt. and MBA is a degree. if u know the difference between diploma and degree then u will understand the value of each also....Do MBA from top colleges and for more info u can contact us...Best of Luck
